Overhaul and Updates

Spent a little time thinking about this game and reviewing the feedback in the discussion boards, and made a few tweaks in the text.

• Tweaked the postage and Faith numbers
• Added ways to earn Faith and Postage that don't require spending money (to make it easier to play, and to support folks who can't get their hands on stamps at the moment). 
• Made some graphical, wording, and grammatical tweaks throughout
• Added a clickable Table of Contents to the Plain Text version.

The latest and greatest versions of the files are up now! 

(The old versions are around, but hidden. If people want those back, let me know!)
