As we make contact with aliens, we will need ways to communicate with them. Build a Xenolinguistics Lab in your space station to begin translating their language so that first contact doesn't remain the only contact.

Using this card: 

1. On your turn, draw a handful of letters
2. Between turns, arrange those letters into words relevant to your cards
3. On your next turn, spend those words to upgrade cards
