Untold Narrative Options SRD

Untold Narrative Options is a mechanic pack containing combat and skill check mechanics for Role-Playing Games (RPGs) using a set of hobby dice and a standard Uno card deck. 

Combat in this system is designed to be fast-paced, team-oriented, and can last for multiple short rounds of attacks and defense. Skill Checks are designed to drive the plot forward, and set stakes for the player and Game Master (GM) that they agree to before performing the check. This document also includes some alternate rules, optional mechanics, and example skills and items which you could incorporate into a game.

I originally invented the system for a game idea that eventually ran out of steam. I then created the SRD as part of the RPG Tech Jam, in case those ideas sparked something in someone else. 

This game uses a CC-BY License, which allows you to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit you for the original creation.
